RETURNS POLICY

MADE TO ORDER

As the majority of our designs are handmade to order, we are always happy to advise customers regarding style suitability, colour matching and measuring prior to placing an order.

Due to the nature of our designs,Tilly Ellen does not accept returns on made to order, items which are bespoke designs or have been made to the customers specifications.   

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to modify your design to suit. 

Deposits paid towards bespoke designs are non-retfundable.

We accept no responsibility for delays due to postal delays outwith our control.

In rare instances where the made to order item is returned to us due to non payment of legal customs fees in the destination country, we shall keep the item in safe keeping until further postage is arranged, payable by the customer. 

READY TO WEAR

Returns are only accepted for items purchased from our Ready to Wear range.  If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return goods provided a return is requested within 7 days of receipt and items are returned to Tilly Ellen within 14 days and meet the requirements outlined below. 

To return or exchange your purchase please email tillyellen1993@gmail.com  stating your request for a refund or an exchange and providing all relevant details for the return. You will be notified how to proceed within 48 hours. You must send this email within 7 days of receiving your product.

Return postage is payable by the customer.

Sale items are non-returnable.
